總結:AVO analysis has been done in Upper Cakalang reservoir at JQ field in order to investigate whether AVO can distinguish fluid and lithology type in Upper Cakalang reservoir and to interpret reservoir properties distribution of Upper Cakalang reservoir at JQ field. Petrophysical, AVO Modeling, and angle stack seismic extraction analysis have been carried out to fulfill those objectives.Petrophsical analysis investigates whether oil, gas and water can be discriminated based on log data. AVO modeling helps to identify the AVO anomaly class of oil,gas and water in Upper Cakalang reservoir and helps to identify the amplitude response of oil,gas and water based on its reservoir properties such as net to gross and net pay. Angle stack extraction used to interpret the fluid and reservoir properties distribution in Upper Cakalang.From this research we found that gas,oil and water can be well discriminated based on Vp and AI log. Also from this research we found that gas, oil and water have good discrimination in the reservoir with high value of net to gross and net pay. By conducting this research we found fluid and reservoir properties distribution in Upper Cakalang area especially in the area without well control.
