This is caused with measurement performance will be used as basis to implement plan, beside the organization more recognize through power, lacking, opportunity or challenge that its posed, and it can see also the critic factor which need immediately controls.<p>Private college, however only formed organization that is semi-profit, similarly use measurement and the performance evaluation. Furthermore, Private College is very expected to increase competition strictly.<p>Since this good performance of private college that known as accreditation process implemented by BAN PT (Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi) which valued 9 main aspects regard to organization, curriculum, teaching staff, teaching staff ratio trough collegian, facility, student guiding and Development, education process, produced alumni and research activity and public service. Accreditation is implemented by providing form Borang to PTS, which is contain the most quantitative and `tangible'.<p>To become the advent organization and power competition, accreditation performed obviously is not enough. PTS must also measure and implement evaluation to their work concerning with `intangible' and `qualitative', to equip the accreditation.<p>This study is purposed to arrange a Performance Evaluation Method as Accreditation Supplement in PTS, based on Balance Scorecard Methods and Analytical Hierarchy Process.<p>The research result assumed will provide supplementary value to PTS in form:<p>- Visi and Misi PTS Translation regard to purposes, measures, target and initiative that implemented to achieved good performance.<p>- Performance evaluation balanced the aspects: Monetary and Non-Monetary, Tangible and Intangible, Long-Term and Short-Term, Internal and External and Priority Factor.<p>- More objective due to conclude provider, manager or consumer (internal and external) both in formulating, palming, priority or in each purpose evaluation which achieved.<p>Even though, because the purpose is derived from vision and PTS mission, maybe differences each other, this study is not purpose to substitute Accreditation Methods that implemented by BAN-PT. But it is more useful as supplement from produced accreditation which implemented by the commission through PTS. text |
