Nowadays, in this globalization era, telecommunication becomes a crucial thing to deliver technology. It can be represented by the number of providers. These providers provide information that can be accessed through telecommunication network such as fixed phone, cellular phone, internet, and VOIP. Furthermore, it can assist the process of business activities.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The rapid technology development has encouraged providers to compete their abilities to fulfill customer requirements. Each provider tries their best to produce and promote their products based on market demand since customer characteristic has changed from passive costumer to active costumer (Prosumer). Prosumer is a consumer that searches information before making its decision to purchase and choose some products.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Due to fast growing of telecommunication technology, ABC which was one of the biggest telecommunication providers in Indonesia developed its business strategy to increase its profits and number of customers by selling its shares to XYZ in 2002. In this case, the writer will try to analyze whether this decision has been considered the fair value of ABC shares price or not since it would give impact to ABC and Indonesia business.
