The purpose of this work is to minimize the economic factor for producing and predicting material behavior. By making simulation, the risk of failure in producing material becomes smaller. One of the obstacles that need to avoid in producing the material is fracture. One of the purposes of this work is to simulate the flow of fracture in a certain material, especially material with cube shape on plane (111), for example silicon material. Plane (111) in silicon material has two degree of freedom, which is [001] and [112]. The direction of fracture depends on initial crack (pre-crack) on its silicon material. In this work, simulation has been took for initial crack on [112] direction. The flows of fracture were influenced by the length of initial crack and the shape of the silicon crystal. The result of the simulation was compared by the other simulation model for different plane and direction. <br /> text
