Summary:Piles foundation is a substructure of a building, which has more ability to protect the building from large settlement, compared to other kind foundation. We knew some methods to approach which determine the ultimate bearing capacity, like method based on theoritical equation, empirical equation, an equation using dynamic theory and the 'load trasfer' method which used the finite element analysis. A loading test is often used, just to certain result of the approaches of the above mentioned theory. Based on the results of the loading test on single pile, this study makes an analysis partial safety factor of end bearing resistant and skin friction resistant of piles. It used 4 methods to interprete the ultimate bearing capacity of the result loading test, e.g. cross section point from elastic-plastic lines, Davisson, De Beer and modified Van der Veen methods. Whereas the method used to analyse the separation of end bearing resistant and skin friction resistant are method of Jain & Kumar for driven piles and (t-z) load transfer method with used "LTSPF" computer programe. In this investigation the analysis of the Data consist of two bor piles (one instrumented and otherone non instrumented piles), 20 driven piles and 10 Franki piles, all located in Jakarta.
