Summary: | Radiation application on human health is growing fast. Thus, radioteraphy treatment need radiotion shielding. Radiation shielding consists of materials which is the atomic number and its thickness, with particles energy are arbitrary.<p>This research is using Monte Carlo simulation program named BEAMnrc to analyze electron beams for materials with arbitrary atomic number and thickness. Radiation source is electrons with point source, then the total particles analyzed with BEAMDP software.<p>The result of this research is various electron energy with arbitrary materials and thickness will give different result as radiation shielding. |
