This ownership information is create by ArcView 3.3 software. Started with collected spatial data and atribut data (no hak dari HMASRS, nama pemegang hak, luas, nilai perbandingan proporsional, no gambar denah, alamat lantai, dan akta peralihan) from BPN, creating land data base, until we get land information system for ownership in strata title.<p> <br />

With this land information system we can view satuan rumah susun, tanah bersama, benda bersama, dan bagian bersama that indicate ownership information in strata title. This research can be use in Badan Pertanahan Nasional and Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. |
