The difference of demand in every junction needs a method to analyze the flow in pipe networks. Flow rate distribution in each pipe is given by approximation of debit value with negligibly small correction that is processed by Hardy Cross method. This method uses some factors in pipe networks, such as: length, diameter, Hazen-Williams coefficient and capacity of flow in every junction. The other output of Hardy Cross is head loss in every pipe segment, which becomes one of factors to analyze pressure distribution in every junction besides the junction’s elevation and specific weight of water. text |
