Cutting tools management system is a unit of manufacturing system which has roles to handle and organize cutting tools. A lot of variation of cutting tools makes cutting tools is not easy to manage. The purpose of this management system is to avoid schedule postponement because of cutting tools troubles.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Cutting tools information system is an essential part that supports cutting tools management system. Rapidity and precision of cutting tool information will affects machining operation preparations. In this final project, model of cutting tools information system is designed based on ADiMS (Autonomous Distribution in Manufacturing System). ADiMS is one of manufacturing system alternatives which has high flexibility upon the changes of dynamic condition that happened in the system.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Cutting tools information system model that have been designed is applied to a tooling system web based software. These software application is created to offer simplicity in toolset assemble therefore the schedule postponement problem can be reduced.
