This thesis Writing bent on to develop GUI (Graphical User Interface) MATLAB 7.01 AT SPACE FRAME STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS SOFTWARE. For structure analysis, conducted modeling space frame with stiffness matrix method. This Research is more limited just for space frame structural analysis. Software is developed use programming language GUI MATLAB. Numerical Calculation is developed use programming language MATLAB. Whereas exist GUI at MATLAB was used for display development (visual). Structure that become object of reliability test GUI MATLAB is simple structure of space frame. Verification of calculation structural analysis result with GUI MATLAB and commercial program SAP 2000 show the approach result. <br />
