There are possibilities to interact with these 3D objects, an appropriate and reliable interaction must be design in order to fulfill the application needs both from user and system point of view.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Degree of freedom in 2D and 3D interaction is optimized to complete the game plays. 2D interaction uses 2 DOFs (x and y position) to control the pointer position. 3D interaction using more DOFs which is x, y, and z position for 3D registration of a ready to built 3D model, z rotation for 3D model facing, y rotation for 3D model selection, and for interaction mode selection holds between x rotation and button. A button is already used for discreet triggering, 2D button click, 3D build, and 3D scale.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The contributions of this research shows that thin-border simpleID marker is more reliable and effective than the other marker type available in ARToolKitPlus and the interaction has satisfies and comfortable for users during their activities in the game. text
