<p align="justify">The need of data storage system in electronic devices has encouraged the developments of storage medium technology and data storage system. One of data storage system developments called "data logging", is data storage system that takes input data and stores it to storage medium, usually done automatically by system and in periodic time.<p align="justify"><p>In this final project, a storage module is designed for storing data in particular conditions, likes at certain time, at determined input data value and when user want to store data. This module is implemented on Nios Development Board, Stratix Edition and using Flash Memory as storage medium. This design divided into two parts, Hardware Development and Software Development.<p align="justify"><p>Hardware development design use Verilog HDL/VHDL programming language on Quartus II and SOPC Builder software. This development design processor system, component configuration on board and interconnection between processor system and the other components.<p align="justify"><p>Software development design defining and produce programs that has functions running on system. This development use C/C++ programming software and Nios SDK Shell on Nios Development Kit software.<p align="justify"><p>These two development design tested on Stratix EP1S10F780C6ES by running both of the development design and doing functionality testing. Hardware development testing done by the work of components used on board, likes flash memory, push-button and seven-segment. While Software development testing done by the work of process in storage system module, that can store data in particular conditions. <br />
