Version control system for groupware application as a form of Computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) system for residential developer has been designed and implemented for site management proses in preliriminary design. Designing process has been done by means of business process in residential developer company whereas implementation has been done by means of designing result to be implemented with develop MyDms application using lock-edit-unlock.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> Collaboration betwen top management as owner of project, architect consultant, urban planner consultant use Augemented Reality of Residental Area Design (ARAD) and groupware application as ARADGROWare to preliriminary design in site management process.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> Version control system for groupware application as CSCW system has been integrated in ARADGROWare to have facilities for residential developer have facilities to add document, update document, delete document, comment, make folder, online view of file, view document version with explanation.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> Testing of designing has been done to system prototype, show that version control system in ARADGROWare can put facilities which have been it. To working with more than two people attendace of version control system can give facility information sharing and communication by means of documents.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result from prototype design of document version control has been succeded to be integrated into egroupware, can be related to ARAD to build a CSCW system.
