Evacuation Capital of Province South Kalimantan has occurred controversy extending to various segment of public. This thing is in consequence of existence of politics which along with bearing it is new Ordinance Law about Local Government, where there is basal change, namely from centralization system becomes decentralization system. The implementation has been triggered with existence of social crisis, economic and politics accompanying it.<p>These research studies the controversy cause happened and how controversy around evacuation issue of capital of this province can be finalized of autonomy. By using descriptive analysis qualitative through observation of field, literature study and does ethnography with various elite figures represented by (i) The elite local politics, (ii) The bureaucracy elites, and (iii) The public component, as base in description to analyzed.<p>This research copes analyses to be presented and has got conclusion, namely the importance of implementation of district autonomy equipped with law and regulation peripheral capable to answer transition towards government decentralized and accommodated to aspiration of district publics.<p>This research have also given recommendation in the effort exit from evacuation controversy Capital of Province South Kalimantan, which shall do stages; substantively constitutional and that controversy in around evacuation issue of capital can be finalized with wisdom and wise. <br />
