Summary:Atis Mitra Sejahtera (AMS) is a company involving in an ice producing and supplying business, which will supply the restaurants and night entertainments that are located in Jakarta. Our company ice cubes has several advantages; first it have a simple and attractive form, and second it is also very hygienic for it use pure clean water that has been filtered to ensure its cleanliness. We choose to involve as the producer and supplier of ice cubes because we see a very good prospect in this business as the result of the increasing number of restaurants in Jakarta.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Our company's main product is high quality and hygienic ice cubes with a competitive prices. These ice cubes will be presented in a cubic form, and will be packed in a convenient plastic bag to ensure its cleanliness. We will offer the customers with 10kg package.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Our potential market for HIC is restaurant located in East Jakarta. Based on our suvey, 47% of our sample was have no supplier for ice cube, so we estimated that we can get 20% of the market size which is 63 restaurants. The estimated initial investment for starting this business is IDR 160.300.000, which will be allocated for purchasing machines, equipments and others. It's a fast growing business, and according to the financial analysis, this ice cube supplying business is very feasible. According to the financial analysis with the sales forecast on normal case, the payback period for this business is 1 year 4 months and 9 days, with the NPV of IDR 947,734,537.26.74 after six years and 53 % of I.R.R.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The business will be very prospective as long as the company can give the best quality of ice cubes at an attractive price, and also keep a good relationship with the customers. The sales forces have a big role in this business, because they are the frontline in selling and offering the ice cubes to our customer to fulfill the company's selling objective.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To develop this business we will eventually expand the company's target market to restaurants and night entertainments outside Jakarta such as Depok, Bekasi and Tangerang. It is because we think that restaurants in regions outside Jakarta are also experiencing a very tremendous growth, and their needs for ice cubes are also increasing.
