<p align="justify">The phenomena of Islamic economics discourse has been developed since 19th age significantly. Various activities implementation are like banking, insurance, social and education institution support to prove it. Moslem scholars, academician and practitioner always contact continually to build body of knowledge and made reference model economic system was born Islamic perspective and civilization.<p align="justify"><p>Based on the literature study, Islamic economics discourse has been started since Nabi Muhammad SAW (peace be upon him) lead first in Medina State. Then caliphate are like Abu Bakar, Umar bin Khattab as moslem scholars Khulafaur Rasyidin called to be continued lead Islamic Government in Medina State till now. Umar Caliph is one research object to arrange reference model Islamic economic run away. This research is focus on economic behavior like production, consumption and distribution in modeling system as the first level.<p align="justify"><p>The contribution of this study are simple model first of related norm and economic behavior when Umar done it. It was designed causal loop with system thinking approach. Then this models can be developed more integrated and sophisticated involve complex variables. Variables are conducts socioeconomic dynamic model of Islamic society on it. <br />
