The purpose of pipeline integrity analysis is to identify the risk level of pipeline system and make sure that the pipeline can operate correctly and safely for a long time.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Risk assessment is a measuring process to measure the probability and consequences of all of potential events that comprise the hazard. The purpose is to identify and quantify the risk associated with pipeline operation. Using the risk assessment, we can make decision related to managing those risks.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Subsidence and uplift already occur at Porong pipeline system. Those makes geohazard load to pipeline system. Integrity analysis and semi quantitative risk assessment is needed to assuring that pipeline still safe proper to be operated. This final project will conduct strength analysis using piping software named Caesar II 4.20 based on ASME B31.8 code for Gas Transmission and Distribution Pipeline and semi quantitative risk assessment using Pipeline Risk Management Manual.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The case study is conducted to the Porong pipeline. From analysis result using the Caesar II 4.20, the stress is still safe due to the code. From semi quantitative risk assessment the risk level is 7% low risk, 60% medium risk and 33% medium high risk. text
