Maintenance is all activities needed to takes care of and returns a goods or system to stay in the situation operation wanted. This thing is concerning amenity problem, accuracy, safety and economic. a system must be designed that be maintainable without requiring invesment and time, with cost, environmental impact, and supply of resource which minimum. Purpose of principal of maintenance it is to take care of system works efficiently and effective as according to clauses given. The activities of maintenance on the airport have less influent than the new construction. The main function of the maintenance activities were to decrease the damage level, to keep of the good quality level of construction. This thesis will show the application of RCM to apply software made to sort keeping work from result of decision making by using logic flow diagram RCM. Having carried out evaluation, it was revealed that the existing system is not really satisfied and the proposed system could improve and making the process becomes more efficient and systematic. To complete this proposal, it is recommended to make an Evaluation Standard for airport in Indonesia. <br />
