Degradation of galvanis coat bressing steal calculated by using heavy loss method which converted to thick loss method of coat from coat of galvanisation Zn. Degradation of galvanis coat bressing steal got by compare thick loss of coat of galvanisation Zn with the age of wear. In this case, old of wear the tower SUTET is 23 Year. SUTET tower becoming research object is tower sutet of exist in various area by various condition of atmosphere environment which vary, like environment irrigate the sea, mountain, Industrial. From calculation result known that accelerateing corrosion is difference to each area and most of all from tower SUTET still except to useworthy except tower k 9.4, Gunung Salak-Bogor baru stripe. The highest accelerate of degradation reside in salty area equal to 5.73umpy. Galvanic Coat of Zn which remained at this SUTET tower only ready to protect the steel bressing for a few year to the fore. Bressing steal which is weared was Galvanization return with the its base metal consideration not yet corrosion and the thrift. Galvanization of bressing steal done in pure discharge Zn without element additional like aluminium, silicon and also nickel. Growth rate of galvanic Coat was coming near with the parabolik equation. Each steel have the unit growth rate of galvanic coat. By this, can be gained time correct to get thick of wanted coat. text |
