Bandung City has 30 hospitals and generate medical waste about 579,6 kg/day. Based on survey's result, application of medical waste's management in Bandung City still has a problem, at separating process from the resources, transporting, temporarly storing at TPS for medical waste, even when the treatment process. One of the alternatives to solve medical waste problems in area study is by integrating the treatment facility use incinerator. In this study, the amount of treatment facilities are about eight incinerators and all located in area study which are RSIA. Hermina, RS. St. Borromeus, RS. Rajawali, RS. St. Yusup, RS. Sartika Asih, RSK. Dr. HA. Rotinsulu, RS. Dr. Salamun, Santosa Bandung International Hospital (SBIH). All the incinerator is planned to service the hospital who does not have treatment facility which is 22 hospitals because the value of incinerator's treatment fulfill the amount of medical waste that need to be treated. Information regarding this study coned from interview to various stakeholders, sampling, and collect secondary data. According the analysis by ANOVA and regression linear, the used data is result from interview and sampling. The application from this alternative is arranging the minimization risk potential model for medical waste transportation to treatment facilities and to landfill area. This model is made using the program that compatible with linear programming and the constraint are incinerator capacity, medical waste generation, and the amount of risk utility that passed to facility treatment location and landfill that representing result of from AHP analysis. From iteration process, the distributed of hospital to treatment facility has amount of risk utility about 849,5. Besides, it also shows incinerator's group which theirs ashes will be disposed to landfill area. Those groups are ash from incinerator in RS. St. Borromeus, RSIA. Hermina, RS. Rajawali, RSK. Dr. HA. Rotinsulu, and RS. Dr. Salamun will be disposed to Sarimukti landfill and ash from incinerator in RS. Sartika Asih, RS. St. Yusup, and SBIH will be disposed to Babakan landfill with the amount of risk utility about 323,7. As for risk value by incineration process is about 49702,4. <br /> text
