Much matters that differentiate contract model are referred as, good legal aspect, ownership status, reserve confession and share method revenue between country and oil company. Every country have reasons particular contract type that will be selected, a country will be able to have more than one kinds of models contract even will be able to 3 contract types are available. In Indonesia at this time we use contract PSC whereas to contract Royalti/Tax UUD not enable existence of this contract type. Whereas for Service contract must will furthermore study to applying in Indonesia. This paper bent on be for assesment of service contract model applying in Indonesia. |
