Water is a compound needed by human being. The demand of fresh water is increasing. PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum) has a role as a provider of fresh water. Water loss is being a problem that have to be solved by PDAM in order to maintain water availibility. This final project studied the mapping of water loss for water distribution network of PDAM. The objective of the research is to map water loss at main pipe network and service pipe network. The mapping at main pipe uses data taken by census and using Distnet network software to get simulation data. Then, the data procured by both ways would be compared. While mapping at service pipe would be done by using data taken by census and sampling method and using consumer water consumption bill to see comparison between both types of the data. By detection of water loss, we hope that PDAM can be assisted in the fresh water availability and also improve advantage by financial.
