Organizations implementing Voice over IP (VoIP), in an effort to cut communications costs or leverage the competitive advantage of integrated services.<p align="justify"><p>On the Internet, popular applications tend to become popular targets of attackers. Networking protocols, operating systems, web browsers, email clients and other applications are examples of pervasive targets that have suffered from this curse. VoIP presents a likely next popular target because of its growing popularity. Due to VoIP using the internet protocol and computer to communicate each other, many risk at the internet now will inherent VoIP system such as Denial of Service (DoS), Virus and Worm, etc.<p align="justify"><p>Therefore in this section, will be discussed the analysis that can be used to facing the risk on VoIP network with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis approach. Generally, risk level are influented by threat and vulnerability.<p align="justify"><p>To reduce risk level, it is necessary to implement the safeguard.
