Cultivating the mushroom has to be done by a good system, the aim is to be major commodity in Indonesia. Mushroom has high nutrition with low price that become its strength to compete to another food product that consumed by Indonesian people everyday. Base on market data, the demand of mushroom is still high with low level of supply that cannot fulfill the demand. Our company can produce big amount of oyster mushroom to fulfill market demand, because we are supported by high quality of seeds and good cultivation system. This business is offering low price for high nutrition alternative food. Oyster mushroom can be processed to become some product, and mushroom is an organic food icon. That is why mushroom acceptable by market with some approach. The success of this business is supported by commitment and market education about the mushroom.
