Shirocha has an objective to be one of the largest suppliers of white tea from Indonesia.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Shirocha is a white tea trading company that sells 2 kinds of white tea, which are Silver Needle and White Peony. Shirocha plans to sell it in International market with the price of Rp 800.000 per kg. Shirocha plans to sell it to importer of tea in foreign countries or a big tea company to supply them. The target markets of Sirocha are Essential Ingredients Ltd, Beau Bon. Co. ltd, Otsuka Beverages, Horng Yih Tea Factory, Co and Whitttard of Chelsea ltd.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Shirocha has a network to get its raw material. Today Shirocha has 2 suppliers for white tea raw material, which are PPTK tea plantation and CV One tea plantation. Both of them have location in Ciwidey area, so that they can supply Shirocha easier.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Shirocha position itself as a white tea trading companies which are provide high quality of white tea with international standards and good packaging to ensure the quality of the tea to meet the customer demand.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Shirocha focuses on the white tea product. The considerations of choosing the white tea products are because of their simple production process and the price is high in the market.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Shirocha is targeting to have market share of white tea is 0.002% from the Indonesian tea export or as big as $30.228 or Rp 275 million per year. This is the initial plan for Shirocha, because Shirocha believes that in the following year, Shirocha will be able to increase their market share in the world.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Shirocha is a fast growing business. According to the financial analysis, this business is very feasible since the payback period is 12 months and 4 days, NPV is bigger than 0, for about 78,677,177.07 and IRR is 69 per cent.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The conclusion is this business is very prospective since human are more consider to health than before and this product is still rare in the market, that ensure the rate of demand in the market. text
