Site development as one of business process gives strong effect to developer's performance. It has been known as a value chain for developer existences in business world.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The main goal of this thesis is to design application which can support business process of site development, especially in site preliminary design. The design application including: (1) Design System, the application is made for helping design process which can visualizing site design manifestly, dynamically, interactively, attractively and multiuser by using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. (2) Back-Office System, the application is made as a medium to support communication, collaboration and problem solving for parties involved in business process by using Internet through Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) technology.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Prototype application named as AR-Residential Area Design (ARAD) and CSCW named as ARAD-Groupware (ARADGROWare). Design architecture of application is using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which is one of standard language to depict scheme starts from business process to program application with object oriented modeling concept.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Application obtained after analyzing conventional business process and having business process re-engineering afterwards, made to reach business process easier, faster, reduced costs, dynamically, interactively, attractively, effectively and efficiently. <br /> text
