Summary:PT. Excelcomindo Pratama is one of the largest cellular operators which have owned nearly 15 million customers. While other operators using single distribution channel PT. Excelcomindo Pratama combining two kind of distribution way (direct and via sub-dealer) or we know it as the hybrid distribution system. This kind of distribution aimed in order to get wider target. But, in the reality occurred some problems like the incomplete promotion information flow to the customers.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To make the analysis, the author collects the data through interview, field research and also internet browsing. There are several data that gained by author such as: Business process data, Amount of customers, amount of Sub-dealers, amount of Authorized Dealers, Coverage area, and also Authorized Dealer’s Monthly income. The data will be analyzed with some theory like distribution Management, Hybrid Distribution, and also Supply Chain Management to get the performance analysis of this system. From the analysis there are 2 major problems in these systems which are: no standardization in distribution process in the sub-dealer and outlets level and also the lack of employees in the distribution division.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To get the standardization, PT. Excelcomindo Pratama must make and implement the KPI system, so the company could monitor and measure all of the Distribution's progress.
