TNI and POLRI has been separated from TNI and no longer under the Department of Defence or as part of the Indonesian Armed Forces.<p>To achieve TNI's professionalism, it has been regulated under State's Law No. of 2004 about TNI that rules the what the mean of TNI professionalism is. According to the Law, TNI's professionalism is measured from three area: competence, accountability and the welfare. The welfare is written under Article 50 about officially welfare service and treatment when the personnel on duty and Article 51 about pension welfare treatment. Pension's welfare is part of personnel's welfare when he will retire and also welfare's of retired personnel. Welfare of retired personnel will give description for active personnel when he retires. Therefore, it can encourage or discourage motivation. If the description of welfare of retired personnel is good, it will motivate the active personnels to execute their tasks. On the other hand, if the description is unpleasant, it will discourage active personnel's motivation for executing their tasks.<p>To know how the description of retired personnel's welfare, this research want to evaluate the satisfaction level of welfare from retired personnel on pension implementation. This research applies quantitave-descriptive method by using cross tabulation hence it can be read and understood by readers. From data calculation, it can be concluded that the level of welfare on pension implementation has satisfied the retired personnel. <br /> text
