In this final project, I will implement asynchronous email server in Ad Hoc Network to provide internet email service for people who live in rural area. The system wil connect rural area (where people can't access internet service) with urban areas (where people can access internet service) with support of transportation facility (such as train, etc).<p align="justify"><p>I have built three nodes to implement the sytem. They are local node (located in rural area), mobile node (located in train), gateway node(to connect the system to internet, located in urban area). That nodes will be connected each other by Ad Hoc network. After the implementation process, I did some experiment to test the performance of system when it's implemented in the real condition.<p align="justify"><p>While implementing the system, I have minimized the building cost of system by using efficient resources on this system and repackaged the node so it will be more mobile and portable to be implemented in the real situation. I have also reconfigured autoflush process and email routing in Ad Hoc Network so it will perform better than before.<p align="justify"><p>Now, I have already built a prototype of system which low cost and reliable to provide the asynchronous email service to rural areas. I hope this system can facilitate the distribution of information until to the rural areas. text |
