Description
Summary:The development activity which keeps increasing, particularly in the urban areas causes the land to be more limited to be able to fulfill all varieties of the society needs. This causes the development orientation to focus vertically on the use of the space either above or under the land surface. Therefore, some countries have developed three-dimension cadastre by which it is needed to depict the real condition completely of the land status including the other rights of above or under the land, so that it makes giving the law status easily and giving information completely on the land including the use of the spaces both above and under it. The Three-Dimension Cadastre Approach in Indonesia has begun since the law number 16 year 1985 was issued about the stack houses, by which the laws began regulating the proprietary not only of the land but also the proprietary of the space by having proprietary right of stack houses unit (Hak Milik Atas Satuan Rumah Susun/HMASRS).
HMASRS is one of the objects of land registry which is relevant to Government Rule number 24 year 1997, but presently the activity of land registry to HMASRS is still carried out with two-dimensions (2D) with limited information (space aspect hasn’t been accommodated yet), in order that the formation of three-dimension (3D) cadastre for the sake of the land registry is very appropriate in the effort of ascertaining the law and providing the complete information of HMASRS object.
