The goal is the paddle wheel operation cost will be reduce. Gear reducer is the part being optimation focused. From data and field condition, the re-design prosses produce the helical gear reducer.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The helical gear reducer test is focused to the mechanical effisiensi which affect to the cost of using energy. With calculate some of variable which effect the gear reducer performance, this test is take in the several gap of load condition and the quantity of load till maximum load. In the same case, this test metode also aplicate to standart gear reducer. The result is being compare one to the athers and the effisiensi of helical gear reducer higher than standart gear reducer. This superiority will be effected to the aother things, especially the operational cost. text
