To minimize the number of victim, we need a system which able to monitor the condition of water height/level at water gate and inform the people if the water level reaches danger threshold values. Telemetry system is the solution of this problem. Telemetry system consists of measuring station and monitoring station. Measuring station censors the water level at water gate, quantifying data and sending it to the monitoring station. Monitoring station is the information and data processing center.<p align="justify"><p>Data processing of telemetry system is designed to process the data at monitoring station which received from measuring station automatically by software to determine the status of water level. Modem is used as communication module to receive or transmit information. The interface is designed to help operator in monitoring the data processing. The system is able to send information at danger status and able to answer request.<p align="justify"><p>Data processing software which is designed consists of database part as center of data storages, data processing part to determine the status of water level and SMS application part to interact with user and measuring station. There are two form of SMS application that are SMS send application and SMS receive application. SMS send application is called to send information at danger status and to answer request. SMS receive application is called if there message incoming. The system was designed using Microsoft.NET framework. With Microsoft.NET, we can develop and manage our application easily.<p align="justify"><p>The tests result show that the system were capable to determine the status of water level and called the SMS application. Information about danger status was able to send fast and request can be served well. <br /> text
