Mechanical-Production Engineering Laboratory ITB has developed Autonomous Distributed Manufacturing System (ADiMS). ADiMS is a progressive manufacturing system which integrates between manufacturing information system and manufacturing processes itself, solves problems from simple objects to the complex ones. In this final project, will be explained about cost components of metal fusion process, how to calculate them, and how to make web based cost information system based on ADiMS.<p> <br />

This information system is built with Oracle database 8th version and ASP. This system is used to calculate metal fusion production cost of the product which has produced by Foundry Section of Bandung Manufacture Polytechnic to know it's reliability. Then the result will be compared.<p> <br />

The result between manual calculation and the system calculation has the same answer.<p> <br />
