With the increasing amount of roadway consumers cause the roadway capacities is decreasing, hence causing traffic jam, consumer inconvenience and the happening of accident gristle.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Other solution is by applying transportation system information management land where one of them is automatic toll payment system using Electronic Toll Collection which consist of 3 component that is Automated Vehicle Identification (AVI), Automated Vehicle Classification (AVC), Transaction Processing, and Violation Enforcement System (VES). One of the technology which used in Electronic Toll Collection is RFID. This system have benefits over smartcard or other card system because nature of RFID having ability to disseminate identity every vehicle so that easier to and automatically read by reader ( reader of card of RFID). With its automatic characteristic to read the identity card, hence, system of RFID expected can speeds up the payment transaction process in the toll road.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To do the transaction data management, hence, required a central management system with have authentication, data management , and to support decision-making processes function (like process of reporting). text
