To resolve these problems, the approach for learning science was developed use game and animation.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The use of information technology in the learning process will make it more effective, both in the administration and the instruction of course materials. Interactive e-learning make the students participate actively in the learning process. The use of animation and game, with something close with the student's real life, make the students understand the course material easily.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> On this research, the prototype of web based learning system is used. The course materials have designed with Pakem approach. Material and Energy for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd class elementary school that built with Macromedia Flash 8 is used.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of the evaluation of the system shows that using animation and game for teaching material and energy, the students understand the course material more faster than using of traditional pedagogy. The use of something real and close with the students real life help teacher to teach science. These conditions show a good prospect for developing the system in the future. text
