<p align="justify">Taxes is one of incomes sources for APBD. From the variety of taxes sources, tax nominal value of parking company managing parking activities in every mall -at this moment constructed a lot almost in every city especially in java island- relatively much enough.<p align="justify"><p>Because of no rules in order every parking company which is non-goverment company reporting routinely about their incomes cause these taxes income source sensitive of deviation. Continually monitoring that can be done by human being in this case specialized employee for daily cheking incomes from parking activities is possible thing that could be done, but impacting not effectively dan effisiently time, energy and cost.<p align="justify"><p>Parking Monitoring System designed to overcome this problem.This system can capture daily, weekly, or monthly income number of parking activities.The system function is not only informing about sum of income nominal of parking activities to Departemen of Taxes, but also informing about other fields, example date, time and number of vehicle.<p align="justify"><p>The system contains two main parts, controller subsystem and GSM modul. Controller subsystem function is capturing print data from LPT port, processing, and transmitting data to GSM modul, and then this subsystem instructing GSM modul transmiting data to Departement of Taxes through SMS application. <br />
