Therefore, these material must be fully managed to avoid or minimize dissipation into environment and human health.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Design of the recyling for lead acid battery is purpose to managed of product through life cycle planning, propose recycle process and application of the effectiveness recycling technologies. Recycling process for the lead acid battery is design by closed loop recycling system, whereas quality of materials can be preserved and the materials are recycled for the same applications.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The application of the recycling technologies distinguishing based on main component of lead acid battery. Casing and cover is recycled by process of shredding, melting and extruding of thermoplastics. Alternating plate, lead terminal, top lead connection, grid and elements recycled by pyrometallurgical process and secondary lead smelter. Separators recycled both process of extruding of thermoplastics or secondary lead smelter. Generally, separators recycled by secondary lead smelter process. Electrolyte recycled by electrodilysis process. text
