This thesis is being done with developing value engineering which is completed by analitic hyerarchy process to manage the complex situations. This way has been implemented in structural construction system of slab, on the influences of the functional slab area and total height of building, at Plaza Panasia Bandung project. The analysis can be resumed that flat plate and raft foundation construction,is the best alternative to obtain the increased of slab area with the same total height, lower cost, and lighter structure, which is compared with other construction slab especially conventional slab system. text |
