Summary:Raja Ampat Regency is separable regency from Sorong regency with administration region in the form of archipelago with capital city located in Waisai city. As archipelago region, main problems faced i.e. accessibility, water requirement although food requirement. As capital city of regency, the existing condition of supporting facilities and infrastructures of Waisai city a long way off from adequate so that developing in Waisai city is raced and one of them is development plan of Waigeo smalldam for accomplishment of amount of water requirement. From result of water balance analysis it is obtained that exploiting of Waigeo smalldam can serve from 2013 until 2059 for domestic water supply (resident population growth rate 3.3%), commercial (animal husbandry), industrial (freezing fish), supporting facilities and infrastructures, irrigation (96.5 Ha of palawija) and maintenance flow (5% from mean dependable flow). According to economical, development of Waigeo smalldam is feasible with economics feasibility indicator NPV Rp. 23,824,079,498.-, B/C ratio 1.99 and EIRR 13.66% at interest rate 8% and study period 50 years. But at sensitivity analysis gotten that feasibility of this project are sensitive to postponement time of physical construction during 12 years, increases of interest rate more than 70.76%, increases of cost more than 99.23%, decreases of benefit more than 49.81%, combination of cost increases of 50% and decreases of benefit more than 24.71%, combination of cost increases of 39.48% and decreases of benefit more than 30%, combination of cost increases of 25% and decreases of benefit more than 37.28%. With SWOT method and AHP ( Analytic Hierarchy Process), it is obtained priority sequence and exploiting priority weight of Waigeo smalldam are supporting facilities and infrastructures (0.1970), domestic (0.1894), maintenance flow (0.1609), commercial (0.1553), irrigation (0.1552) and industrial (0.1422). <br />
