| Summary: | The problem of spatial plan not such a foreign matter for Indonesia, most of all areas have same problems. Negative impact of the problems can creep into life aspect, start from social aspect, economics, to culture aspect. Affect to social aspect among others is the existence of slum area. The results of changes agriculture area are causing farmers losing of job and decrease productivity. If the problems do not be finished, hence environment balance will be annoyed and will generate natural disaster. Land consolidation is one of the efforts to overcome problems of spatial plan in region land by re-arranging a region so that become regular that provided public infrastructure needed to reach an effective land use and involving active participation of the landowners.
This research will study applying of land consolidation concept in coastal area by determining implication conception the land consolidation at coastal region, and apply result of the study area in region around coast of Pangandaran Beach in Ciamis for seaweed cultivation.
The result from this study can be seen whether land consolidation concept can be applied in coastal area or not. And from the concept can be seen also the comparison, which are easier and difficult to be applied in coastal zone. Then it will also be explained how related to marine cadastral. |
