To achieve the aforementioned effort is the responsibility of involved multi-sector including business communities.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The development of business activities in the nation-state basis are caused by economic growth that emerge nationwide influenced by various factors that initially comes from inside and outside of the country. Business activities will grow as well as planned by the support of appropriate resources (utility, human resource, etc.). However, to get the right human resources business sectors needed is not so simple. Therefore, it is demanding some sort of reliable method.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Various methods are concerning how to design and plan the human resources published by many authors with various viewpoint. The P3JJ (Profesi dengan 3 Jalur ber-Jenjang) human resources development concept was providing very distinctive approach. Based on P3JJ, the human resources designed and planned by accurately identify the detail of the whole activities organization/business unit owned. The subsuquent step is analysing these detail (which previously classified) in the nature of capacity/competency scale, so as to avoid mismatch between human resources competency and their specific job based on the constructed performance, assignment, and training material, standard.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Utilizing appropriate standard for human resource competency grading will enable an organization/business unit (as job provider) to measure their capabilities in order to be able to compete with others of the same concern nationally even worldwide. As for PT. XYZ (Bandung Production Plant) as one of the state owned company in the field of pharmaceutical industry which responsible in providing medicament product for the ultimate purpose of national public health, the necessity of human resources grading scale based on P3JJ method a number of capacity/profession tree can be mapped complete with the training need that will match with the actual running of the core business. text
