Monitoring aquatic environments are not only by its physical, chemical, dan biological aspects but also from the toxicity aspects.<p>PT. X is one industry that has enforced the efforts environmental pollution preventions through Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). However, it is not known yet the toxicity level of PT. X wastewater which later comes out to the receiving water body. The purpose of this research is to determine toxicity level of wastewater of PT. X by using organism test Daphnia magna. Through 96 hours toxicity test and analysis using Probit method, it is found that the influent of PT. X WWTP is categorized as toxic with 0,838% of LC50 96 hours for the first sampling (PS I) and 0,4415% for the second sampling (PS II). Meanwhile the effluent is known to be non-toxic against Daphnia magna with 182.1735% of LC50 for the first sampling, but the effluent at the second sampling is known to be toxic against Daphnia magna with 33,373% of LC50. BOD concentrations of the influent on PS I and PS II are 3825,95 mg/L and 4403,72 mg/L meanwhile COD concentrations are 13248 mg/L and 16560 mg/L, concentrations of Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb and Ni consecutively 3,02 mg/L, 97,44 mg/L, < 0,003 mg/L, 101,6 mg/L, 58,03 mg/L for PS I and 2,65 mg/L, 124,24 mg/L, < 0,003 mg/L, 2,5 mg/L, 3,58 mg/L for PS II. BOD concentrations of the effluent on PS I and PS II are 10,10 mg/L and 19,90 mg/L along with COD concentrations 18,4 mg/L and 60 mg/L. In the mean time concentrations of Cu, Zn, Pb, Ni, Cd consecutively 0,29 mg/L, 1,18 mg/L, < 0,003 mg/L, < 0,05 mg/L, 0,89 mg/L for PS I and 0,55 mg/L, 1,74 mg/L, < 0,003 mg/L, < 0,05 mg/L, 0,99 mg/L for PS II. According to the results, it is concluded that wastewater of PT. X has not reached the quality standard that has been ruled throughly. This shows that WWTP process of PT. X is not yet optimum. <br />
