SFRA method is a method for transformers measurement in offline condition that is used to detect mechanical condition of transformers. In SFRA measurement, sinusoidal signal with constant voltage in a frequency range will be injected. After that, the produced frequency response will be analyzed to identify mechanical condition of transformer by comparing the SFRA measurement from current state transformer and SFRA measurement from healthy state transformer. Transformer modelling is also made to recognize parameter values R (impedance), L (inductance) and C (capacitance). Those parameter values are used to show the physical value of the transformer components. From the difference of those parameter values, we can make early detection about mechanical condition of transformers. To be sure about the result, further investigation by taking another test to the said transformer is needed. In this final project, a case study of transformers from PT. PLN P3B Java-Bali RJKB is made. From SFRA measurement result, significant difference at low-frequency range is found. Early detection from SFRA shows about fault at core deformation, residual magnetism, open circuit or short circuit. After making further investigation, we know that the said transformers have short circuit fault in their winding. text |
