At this time, combinatorial interpretation of the mathematical object is unknown, if the object is defined on an arbitrary association scheme. But in particular, if we choose Hamming scheme as example of association scheme, then Delsarte t-Design on the Hamming scheme is a well-known combinatorial object called orthogonal array. The main goal of this final project is to explain in detail the relationship between Delsarte t-Design on the Hamming scheme and orthogonal array. text
