Summary: | Forum such as Communities of Practice (COP) is actually already exist in the environment of PT XYZ since 1994, but this forum did not developed. Meanwhile, an initiative will be developed within an organization naturally when initiatives are developed with attention to behavioral habits of members. Therefore, this research seeks to answer questions arising from the conditions in the field, namely: how to design COP made with regard behavioral pattern/habit of the members so that companies can develop naturally. This study further emphasized in the analysis of the behavior. Grounded research method used in this research to get a pattern of behavior evident in the field. This study starts from the secondary analysis using data of corporate culture which is collected on the previous research in order to obtain a general description of behavioral pattern / habit in the company. In order to focus the research, one element selected from the general description for further examined the pattern of behavior in dealing among member companies support the efforts of mutual learning and sharing knowledge. Furthermore, the aspects of CoP that are important formulated so that it can run well. Results of analysis grounded research and formulation aspects of the COP is used to design the implementation of COP in PT XYZ. |
