Hydrographic survey is an activity of survey for marine information. Implementation required expensive, high risk and dependent on the weather. To get such marine information, there is need for project management which includes planning, organizing, controlling and quality control product.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Project management can be done by two methods, namely methods barchart and network planning methods. In this script, network planning method is used for hydrographic survey project, because with this method to obtain an analysis of the time and cost effective and efficient to carry out optimization projects and dependency relationships between activities in the use of time and resources. The process is used to indicate network planning hydrographic surveys used in critical path method (CPM).<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> With use network planning, hydrographic survey project will be implemented properly, effectively and efficiently in terms of time and cost, so this method of network planning can be used as the implementation procedures of project management in hydrographic surveys.
