Six sigma method is done by implement the several steps. These steps are Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. By using these steps, the performance of business process can be improved. Minitab as a statistic Software is commonly used In the Six sigma method to solving the problems. In this final project, Non conformance Product cause by pH deviation is improved by using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) phase. The method that used in this project are SIPOC, Process Map, C&E Matrix, FMEA. By using FMEA, the recommended action can be obtained. Several method that used for solving the problems are Gage R&R Study and Linier Regression. For measure the performance of pH Measurement in the Line 1, The capability process is used by using minitab software. By Comparing the Capability Process before and after Improvement, the Performance is seen to be increased. The Incident of Non Conformance product is also decreased. The Result of the six sigma project should be become a catalyst for others opportunity six sigma project. The cycle of Six sigma project is a part of Continuous Improvement. text
