Music has been known since decades ago, and nowadays music has become a complimentary needs for human being. Music is able to make a human expressed his feeling and emotion. One form of music which is widely known is orchestral music. Orchestral music in Indonesia has developed so fast, it is proven by many famous and well known orchestra group, such as Twilite Orchestra (TO), Erwin Gutawa Orchestra, Magenta Orchestra, and also Nusantara Symphony Orchestra (NSO). Bandung has been recognized as one of musician producer city in Indonesia, included the orchestra players. The truth is that there are a lot of orchestras which established themselves in Bandung, such as Sadaya Chamber, Bandung Symphony Orchestra, ITB Student Orchestra, and Orkes Simfoni Bumi Siliwangi. The musicians and orchestra groups that grown up in Bandung so vastly, walk along side with the interest of people in Bandung. It's proven by a long line of people queuing at the ticket box of an orchestra's concert. But unfortunately there is no proper facility which is able to fulfill neither the talent of the musician and the orchestra group that grow so vast in this city, nor the people's high zest of an orchestra's concert. With those stuffs as the background, then the perfect solution is to provide a facility in form of a concert hall which is specially addressed to accommodate orchestra's concerts and performances. It is hoped that this concert hall's design, which named Orchestral Concert Hall, could facilitate the musicians, the orchestras, and also the lovers of orchestral music in Bandung, and also helping the orchestral music to grow faster and larger.
