Description
Summary:Positioning using GPS, the height component used is height that is referring to ellipsoid surface or geodetic height (h). The factor that affected the accuracy of the GPS height component is the error factor and refraction. Besides that, data processing strategy that being used in the data processing will also affected the accuracy of geodetic height. The data processing software for GPS categorized into two types, commercial software and scientific software. This final project will be studying the way that software works, especially for determining the geodetic’s height difference. The software that will be studied is the commercial software (TGO) and as data verification, the result of calculation using that software will be compared with other scientific software (Bernese). From these result will be indicated that the longer the observation, will give the better solution.
