| Summary: | This research is proposes the design of ranking method, e-IHE (e-Indonesian Higher Education Ranking) as an effort to know about the information technology quality and actual condition in the Indonesian higher education. Ranking method's analysis begins with the needs of information technology in higher education based on HELTS using balanced scorecard. The parameters of e-IHE consist of 4 criteria, namely i-campus, services, information and public organizations. The criteria are derived by 11 indicators and 35 sub-indicators. The assessment method adopted Logic Score Preference (LSP), which accommodate link between the parameters of e-IHE. |
